API keeps expiring every 30 days

Hi,

We've generated an API key, but it keeps expiring every 30 days. We're using this in an app that we developed to create a dashboard. How do we make it so the API doesn't expire?

Hey Jordan, 

Amplify API tokens are valid for 30 days for security reasons. You can read our documentation about this here: https://amplifyv01.docs.apiary.io/#reference/authentications. 

There is no limit to how many tokens you can generate, so refreshing your token before the 30 day period ends will prevent any authorization errors.
