Urgent problem with Heroku

Hi everyone,

My heroku app received lot of timeout errors, and I'm not sure what the right way to solve this is. Is it safe to increase the number of worker dynos? (heroku blocks me from upgrading to a higher level dyno). Attached is a screenshot of the app's metrics.

Okay thanks. I decided to create smaller sessions to prevent the server from crashing. Participants are redirected to the app from a link that remains the same even if a new otree session is created. Is it possible to block participants who have already clicked on the link for a previous session (e.g., by their ID number in the online survey company, which I store in the participant's label)?
