MTurk AutoApprove did not pay bonuses

Hi oTree,

A while back I had a kerfuffle where upgrading my Heroku wiped out my in-progress MTurk session, leaving me unable to approve HITs. Amazon assured me they would be automatically approved after maximum 30 days, but that has passed and it looks like my workers have received only the base pay and not any of the bonuses. Anyone know anything about this issue and how I could fix it? I've already sent a ticket in to MTurk but I'm not hopeful.

Yes that’s right. Assignments get auto-approved but no bonuses are granted because Mturk doesn’t know how much of a bonus to give.

Maybe you can use the “manage hits individually” tool: https://manage-hits-individually.s3.amazonaws.com/v4.0/index.html#/credentials
