Moin!

I am trying to locate the above couple in either the Rheiderland or in the US/Canada.  Here is what I know about this couple:

Jan Harms Luppens, b. c. 1823, married Martje Eden Kriens (b. 1823) in Weener in 1845.
Children (all  christened in Weener, except Willemke, who was chr. in "the school" in Holthusen)
      Harm Jans: b. 1849, Holthusen
     Martje, b. 1853, Holthusen
     Ede, b. 1857, Holthusen
      Willemke, b. 1862, Holthusen

That's it.  It would be great to know any additional information about them.

Jan Harms Lüppens, * 23.8.1811 Holthusen died Holthusen, buried 8.12.1874 Weener, son of Harm Lüppens and Willemke Berends, married 27.4.1845 Weener Martje Eden Kries, * 19.12.1821 Tichelwarf, died Holthusen, buried 12.5.1894 Weener, daughter of Ede Kriens and Martje Jaspers Burma.

  • Harm Lüppens, Kleidermacher in Weener, * 4.9.1849 Holthusen married 6.5.1877 Weener Grietje Kolthoff, * 15.5.1848 Weener, daughter of Ditk Kolthoff and Gretje Peters van Els. Children in Weener 1878-1893.
  • Martje, * 30.6.1853 Holthusen
  • Ede Lüppen, Schuhmacher in Weener, * 20.8.1857 Holthusen, married 6.7.1884 Weener (divorced 1894) Wemkea Wildeboer, * 8.5.1860 Weener, daughter of Detert Wildeboer and Lucassine Wildeboer. Children in Weener 1885-1887.
  • Willemke, * 16.2.1862

Actually I was asking for what happened to the family. I am researching and recording what happened to the 19 children of Baaÿe Loerts Wientjes.  Jill
