Create a button to navigate to the nearest POI

Hello,

I would like to insert a shortcut in osmand in order to navigate to the nearest fire station or hospital, for this I added an item to the side menu in MapActivityActions, but I don't know what is the best way to do it. I think I need to use one of the search functions in SearchUICore to get the nearest station and then start the navigation. Do you think this is the right way?
