Sqlite-maps as Overlays on iOS13.3 with Osmand 3.1

I installed succsessful some sqlite-maps as overlays. When I try to switch the Overlay map, the program will be frozen. After restart it works. Is this a bug?

The app can freeze during overlay map initializing, please provide information about your device and about the map you try to open.

My device is a ipad pro with iOS 13.3. When I have a sqlit-map visible, then its work fine. Switch to non overlay, for examble, the app feeze.

Found out that it just is opening the SQLite file an choosing copying to OsmAnd. Works great.
