Osmand RESTORE FROM FILE

I try to import a big set of favourites points in Osmand of my ATOTO car radio (very similar to a standard tablet) where I have installed Osmand and others app, but:

From Backup & Restore => Restore from file 

appear the warning "Install an app that can perform this action" 

and than I cannot import the big set of points....

The same warning appears if I try to import the favorites in myplaces.

Device name: ATOTO S8 Series

Android version 10

Osmand version: 4.1.11

in seetings osmand backup&storage choose different folder for osmand

.../Android/media/net.osmand.plus instead .../Android/data/net.osmand.plus

ten just put (with file manage e.g. Total Commander or Mixplorer) the file to .../Android/media/net.osmand.plus/files/tracks

believe me that track is much much better than favorites for big amount of points.
