Split Interval question!

Getti g ready for a cycli g tour in Montana and Wyoming. I downloaded the route into Osmand.
But I have a question about the intervals.I was wondering if 5 miles is the longest available? Or is there a way to increase it.

Right now in the maximum available, but I think we can increase it.

When I looked at it, I thought about splitting a ~1500 km track into day segments of ~200 km (Enduro bike riding) but have found the intervals so short. So what's the designed use case for the intervals?
