ne handed zooming using volume buttons

Hello all,

OSMand did once have a feature for zoooming using the  volume button.This option was part of the accessibility menu.

It seems like the feature was replaced by the double tap command on the touchscreen : https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues/3763#issuecomment-300704927

This command is not convenient when wearing gloves, as other users have noted :

Before making a ticket on github, I'd like to be sure there is no possibility to zoom in or out with the volume button : I may have not seen a settings menu.
