This also pertains to other cities. Is there a way to keep all the "peripheral" info from showing? For example as I zoom in on Krakow all the restaurants and other symbols show up and clutter the map.
Thanks!

Hi Tom
Have you tried this?
On the map, bottom left (probably), hit the menu button (three horizontal bars).
Go to "Configure map" - It is probably about the 6th item down.
In that, do you see Favourites, POI Overlay, etc?
Either (1a) switch off POI overlay, or (1b) go in to it and reduce the number of categories selected.
And/Or (2) switch off POI overlay labels.
Done?

Another possibility
In "Configure map", scroll right down to "Details".
On there, deselect "More details".

One more - In Configure map - See Map Style.  Are you using GPXR08?

If none of the above helps - can you send a screen print of the problem - One of the "Experts" will know better than I..

Thanks Paul. I adjusted the Details and that cleaned it up. As a "tech challenged" individual I am not sure what GPXR08 is.
We are currently cycling across Europe and will be riding into Krakow today.
Thanks again!!

Hi Tom.
Forget the GPXR thingy.  It is a special you dont need right now!  I use it for another purpose.
Krakow = Lovely city.  While there:-
Visit https://www.wieliczka-saltmine.com/ Fantastic Salt mine (use an English speaking guide there).
http://auschwitz.org/en/ - No fun, but a once in a lifetime "must".
Zakopane - The mountains.  Brilliant waliking. And some decent cycling in the lower levels.
I once had a plan to cycle right across Poland from NW to SE.  Maybe not this year.  :)  Cycling in Netherlands is safer and hence more relaxing, and some of it is over 1,000 ft!
Good luck
Paul W
