I just had a hike on the GR16/E3 (Semois river, BE - FR)
I noticed a few minors issues:

1) a +/- 200m missing segment between
49.87969 N, 4.92805 E
and
49.87831 N, 4.92906 E
(see pict1: GR16/E3 path is thick light red, hiking track is narrow dark red)

2) the GR16 has been slightly modified, due to a recent "quiet zone"
between 49.88401 N, 4.78390 E (pict3) and 49.87931 N, 4.78762 E
(see pict 2: incorrect GR16 path is thick light blue, hiking track is narrow dark red and follows an unnamed path present on the map: the corrected GR16)
pict4 taken at 49.881337 N, 4.785058 E

3) the GR16 has been slightly modified
between 49.88960 N, 4.72610 E and  49.88901 N, 4.72473 E
(see pict5: GR16 path is thick light blue, hiking track is narrow dark red and follows an unnamed path present on the map: the corrected GR16)
pict6 taken at 49.88982 N, 4.72468 E

Openstreetmap is for and by enthusiasts.
You can correct these tracks yourself. Either via josm or openstreetmap.org itself.
Please read in advance before you start modifying. That is how everyone has learned it.

Just to add to Harry's message, in case you aren't aware. This is a group for osmand users to help each other. The developers can be reached at GitHub but will not update these details in openstreetmap (OSM). Osmand is one of many applications to use OSM data, which is open source. You'll find details of how to contribute to OSM at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Beginners%27_guide including how to get support. Editing a route is not the easiest first job but totally doable. Good luck!

I have forwarded the message to the Belgian OpenStreetMap (OSM) community, they work together with French OSM mappers and with the Belgian and French GR operators.
I trust that they will check it out and correct any errors on the GR sites or in OSM. They can tackle gpx-file errors only if the gpx-file was downloaded from their sites.

And yes, anyone can edit OSM, it's fun and you help others, but mapping routes is not that easy. Best start by adding something simple such as a bench in osm.org, and check the "I want someone to check my work" box when uploading. You will be contacted and then the community will help you.
