Does OsmAnd show Emission zones in various countries?

Yes! I just tested it in Android with the "OsmAnd" (default) and "Touring View" map styles for the Central London zone (the OSM tag is boundary=low_emission_zone). You need to select Configure_Map>Details>Show_Low_Emission_Zones., but you can still have Configure_Map>Hide>Boundaries enabled if you want.

The boundary is shown as a thick dashed green line, but as it typically runs along roads it may not be obvious unless you already know where it is! I wonder if shading the whole area would be better, but perhaps this brings other problems.

Thank you....does this also apply to other countries?....I haven't got access on Android for a few more days so can't check myself.

It should work wherever  boundary=low_emission_zone is used in OpenStreetMap (I just checked - it works for Munich as well as London). However, using this overpass turbo query, it seems that there are many countries with zero instances:

I don't know why that is!

Even when shown it might be difficult to spot the dashed green line in OsmAnd if you didn't already know roughly where it should be. E.g. here's the North-West corner of Munich's LEZ:
