Let OsmAnd guide me (back) to the nearest point of a GPX track?

Assume I load my own GPX track file and start following this track with my bicycle.

Then I temporarily leave this track to have a break in a nearby park of visit a friend.

Later I want to resume the route.

OsmAnd detects at this moment that I am not precisely on a track and want to direct me to the START of the whole track.

Thats bad - very bad.

How can I tell OsmAnd to (always automatically ) guide me to nearest point of the current track?

Uncheck "Pass along entire track" in gpx navigation options.
