Possible to change lane guidance color?

I'm new to OsmAnd and there is a lot I have to learn about it yet but just spending time reading posts in this forum has helped me so much already. Thanks to the community!  

I am wondering if there is any way to change the lane guidance colors?  On my Android head unit in my truck the lane I need to be in is displayed as a kind of pale yellow and the other lanes are gray.  I have to really look closely to tell the difference - it would be better if there was more contrast so that just a quick glance would be all that's needed to see which lane is highlighted.

It seems your request is already a github issue (note the last
comment):

So it would be best for you to add an additional comment there to
further indicate that this item has importance.
