Computer?

I am REALLY tech challenged! So here is my question.
I use Osmand on my Android phone and tablet. Can it be installed on my desktop?

Assuming you are running windows you wiil need an Android emulator such as BlueStacks or YouWave.

There are others.

Thanks! I have never heard of either. But then again I am "challenged""!
Is one preferably?
