Problem with upload of changed poi

Since some days I can't upload changed pois anymore. Last succsessful upload was 7 days ago with same app version 3.3.0#27339, problem same on two different devices.
Error message:
Hochladen fehlgeschlagen (=upload failed)
error: unknown problem.

Problem does not exist anymore, don't know why...
