Problem with Android11

I have installed Osmand on Google Pixel 4a under Android 11 and loaded the map

Germany Berlin/Brandenburg 01.12.2020.

On the Osmand-map all streets are complete, as defined in openstreetmap.org but in the 

Osmand list of streets only a small  part is found for all letters.
