Changing Profile while Routing

My question is:

Is it possible to change the profile (car, bike, hiking etc..) while planning a new route without brouter changes the points which are already done?

And:

Is the are profile where I can draw a (part of a) route without ways on the map?

The answer very depends what map application you use.

Locus enables that, I.e.switching between profiles for each route segment withing the route planner., As it treats them as joined sequential routes.

It includes also Drawing ( straight line ) "profile".

For obvious reasons, the route recalculation must be disabled, otherwise both the application and user may get confused, if profiles during route segment planning and route segment following do not match.

Thanks for your answer, my application is Brouter Web. Before I used Gpsies. There you can change the modes and also the option follow routes or draw manually. But unfortunately Gpsies will soon end.
