[osg-users] fontconfig library error in OSG 3.6.4...

Hello,

I've just upgraded to OSG 3.6.4 because of upgrading to osgEarth 2.10 which requires the OSG version 3.6.4. I'm running on Windows 10 64-bit.

When I run my software, I'm seeing the following errors:

Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file
Error reading file C:\Windows\Fonts\arial.ttf: file not handled

From what I can see, this is coming from the fontconfig library which apparently is now a dependency in OSG 3.6.4. It looks like the osgText library is linking against fontconfig.

Can anyone help me on what I need to do to resolve these errors?

There might be a better option, but one workaround may be to make a copy of arial.ttf in the specified path ( C:\Windows\Fonts\ ).
