Hello,
I haven't been able to find any information on this, so I figured I'd ask.
I've gotten my state space created and now I have to create the nfixes matrix (rows = individuals collared, columns = the grid cells). I'm not sure how to go about doing this and the vignette only works with simulated data so it's not very helpful. Is there a function that does this already built into the package that I just happened to miss?
