add new modality without restart the server

i have found old post about dynamic update but cannot find anything more about it in official rest api documentation

The docs at api.orthanc-server.com are a work in progress and don't contain every REST endpoint.  You can find documentation on how to dynamically add remote modalities here https://groups.google.com/g/orthanc-users/c/bEnzEslU7Nk/m/-tmaNQRQAQAJ and https://book.orthanc-server.com/users/rest.html?highlight=modalities#id2

There is a REST API CheatSheet linked here https://www.orthanc-server.com/static.php?page=documentation that contains all the endpoints that are available.
