The one thing I can't really stand is why I can't use datail-secion instance
(XML) as master schema? Why there is redundancy of data? The redundancy is
maybe even not the worst thing, but I can't easily switch to use this
feature in my old form. There is a need to patching/upgrading schema.

Besides that this feature is so nice.

BTW

I cannot wait "Paging large repeated sections" in 2019.1. Is there any
option to test this functionality right now?

I am not sure there is much redundancy of data. The "master" part is
separate from the "detail" part in the XML, that's for sure. But maybe I
don't understand your concern well.

I imagine master-detail feature as the list and detail views. In such I don't really see any single node on list which is not present in detail instance. It is probably bit diff than im relational dbs.
