The page keeps refreshing

Hi Alex:

I found that the Form Runner Home page keeps refreshing when I
login。Other pages or when I logging out the Home page are normal.

I am now in the testing phase, changing IP addresses, or two IP
addresses using the same license. When the test phase is complete and goes
into production, the IP address is fixed. Is it because license doesn't work
on two IPs? If so, will this be happen when I buy it.

Hi Meimei,

What do you mean by "keeps refreshing"? The homepage, if the current user is
able to perform some admin functions on some of the forms, sends Ajax
requests at the regular interval to the server, and while those are
happening you might see a progress indicator towards the top of the page. Is
this what you are referring to?

That's right，but I didn't do anything，I can see a progress indicator
towards the top of the page，When the process completes, a new process is
started。It's always in the loop。

Hi Meimei,

Yes, this is normal, because the Home page in "admin mode" is regularly
polling the server to ask for updates, and the progress bar reflects that.
Note that this is the only place where this is happening in the product:
there won't be any such polling when filling out forms, or even on the Form
Runner home page for regular users who are not "form authors".
