After uploading file, sometimes uploaded file name is missing

Hi Alex,

Here is the testing link in orbeon demo. And also attached with testing demo
video.
In file attachment control, uploaded file name is sometimes missing.
But uploaded file name will appear when focusing in another control.

Hi Shine,

I am unable to reproduce this on
https://demo.orbeon.com/demo/fr/file_upload_bug/aa/new. I.e. even the first
file I upload shows correctly. Can you reproduce this on other browsers?
With other types of files? Do you have some ideas of what specific
conditions need to be met for the file not to show up after it is uploaded?

According to my video, I would like say that
I don't always reproduce it but sometimes reproduce it in file uploading.
I don't think it depends on browsers and file types.
I found similar issue https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/issues/4433
Following to this issue, it was fixed in version 2019.2.1.
But this version is not availabe in PE download

However, I sometimes reproduce it in file uploading on 2019.2.2 PE locally
and demo
orbeon.

Hi Shine,

You mentioned issue #4433, and what you show on the video really looks like
it. Are you able to reproduce this on demo.orbeon.com? It runs 2019.2.2, so
if you can't reproduce it there, this would seem to be an indication you are
indeed hitting an issue that has been fixed. You'll let me know what your
findings are!

I reproduce it on demo.orbeon.com which runs on 2019.2.2.
So, I would like to know which version that has been fixed or next version.

Hi Shine,

If the problem still happens on demo.orbeon.com, it might not have been
fixed. We've made some changes to the way we handle file uploads. Would you
be able to see if you can still reproduce the problem with the build linked
below, based on which 2020.1 CE will be done? If it still happens there,
this is definitely something we'll want to fix!
