Add grid row control missing

Hi, 

I'm using 2018.1.2.201810050007 PE and I've recently discovered (within the last week) that the add grid row controls are missing in the form editor. Is this a known issue or something our vendor can control? I'm using Chrome browser.

Hi Jarek,

We've noticed that this problem started to happen with Chrome 81.0.4044.92
released April 7, and the problem got fixed in Chrome 81.0.4044.138 released
May 5. Could you see if by any chance you are using Chrome 81.0.4044.92 and
if upgrading solves the problem for you?

Yes, Version 81.0.4044.92 is the version that my organisation updated to last week. I can't update the browser as this is controlled by the IT service department. I will escalate with them. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Hi Jamian (did I write "Jarek" in my previous message? sorry about that!),

Got it, hopefully they can quickly upgrade you to Chrome 81.0.4044.138,
since it is a final release since May 5. As this worked with all previous
and all following builds of Chrome, it really looks to me like this is due
to a temporary bug they had introduced in Chrome 81.0.4044.92.
