Extract library section from an existing form

Hi,

I'm not sure you have REF for that but it would be nice to have an option to extract a section from the existing form to the library. 

motivation:

1. form author builds the first form - many consultations with the business, changes, etc.

2. form author have to reuse the same structure in the second form but to do that have to:

a) reclick the whole structure in the second, third, etc - well, very bad option even small form

b) reclick the whole structure in the library and only then reuse it. Well, better option but each time it's needed additional work and testing. 

During migration should be an option as now while we use library components like prefix and suffix, but it would be nice to have a chance to change node name one by one. 

e.g. in the form, we have contact-address but in the library would be expected to have the only address

I think that adding the ability to copy/paste between forms (#1839, see link
below), would enable this and more. I've added a +1 from you that request

Thank you Alex. 

It would be very helpful to have it as soon as possible as we have tones of forms that have similar or identical sections in many forms and have to click it again and again.

We don't use library functionality because of the reason described in my previous post.

Yes, I understand, and this might not be so hard to implement, so we'll
shoot to have this done our next major release, 2020.1.

This is now implemented and will be in Orbeon Forms 2020.1.
