Add navigation buttons to Summary

Is it possible to add buttons to a form's summary view? I have found the
property and added it to properties-local.xml, but add a button there that
isn't one of these:

"home review pdf delete duplicate new"

doesn't display the new button. I'm trying to add a button to navigate the
user somewhere else.

Hi,

You can configure which buttons are shown with the
`oxf.fr.summary.buttons.*.*` property (see link below). But are you saying
that you'd like to also add your own button or buttons? Can I ask what
functionality you have in mind for those buttons?

I just listed a few options for new buttons in another thread. The same
functionality applies to this question about the summary page as well.

I tried adding a new button title to the property you mentioned in my
properties-local.xml file, but a new button wasn't added. Are we restricted
to the buttons listed in the documentation on the Summary view?

Imagine I want a button on the home screen to hyperlink the user to a
specific form without having to scroll through the tabular view.

or,

I have a form with an http service that writes information about the user
and they should fill it out and submit it BEFORE filling out any other
forms. like a "register" or "sign up" view for instance, where they enter
some meta-data that is stored in a third party application server and
referenced from other forms in the table.

Correct: for now, you can configure what buttons show on the summary page,
but you can only choose amongst pre-defined buttons. You can't create your
own button and add it to the summary page. "A customer can have a car
painted any color he wants as long as it’s black." -Henry Ford. More
seriously, we have RFE for this, and I've added a +1 from you on that issue!
