Cannot start Felix-Fileinstall in pax-container-forked

Hello.

I was using pax-exam-container-forked, and having trouble starting org.apache.felix.fileinstall bundle. The test-container freezes and does not respond. 

Would be much appreciated if someone can give an advice on how I can resolve this error (e.g configuration adjustments)

Do you provide file install system properties in the test (felix.fileinstall.dir, etc) ?

I created a simple Pax test here https://github.com/NMuzaffar/pax-exam-samples, and set felix.fileinstall.dir systemProp.

In the setup above, the container freezes and is not responding. Can you please check it out and say what configurations I am missing there. I am lacking expertise when dealing with *pax-container-forked*.
