[PAX-JDBC] Attempt to release pax-jdbc 1.4.1

Hello

I wanted to release pax-jdbc 1.4.1 with few version upgrades, some itest improvements after updating pax-exam and PAXJDBC-147 fixes (cc: +Benjamin Graf).

I'm getting:

I tried next release too and got the same:
