pax-logging 1.11.4 release?

Grzegorz-

I saw you just merged support for log4j2 2.13.0 into the 1.11.4 branch. What are your thoughts on timing for a 1.11.4 release? A Karaf 4.2.8 is in the works, it'd be good to get that in for a number of fixes and dependency alignment (KARAF-6574).

I'm working on few more Pax Logging issues (e.g., https://ops4j1.jira.com/browse/PAXLOGGING-307) and I think we can release pax-logging 1.11.4 this week ;)
