Trouble uploading images

Hello,

I need to replace slides on a training session I created, but every time I try and upload the amended slides I keep on getting this error message:

The slide is exactly the same size as the one currently on my exploration, but will now only upload if it is reduced in size to 60% which is way to small.

Can any one help me resolve this issue?

Hi Paul,

Sorry about this -- thanks for letting us know. How large is your image file size? We do have a size limit for images, so any other way of making your image smaller in file size (e.g. taking a screenshot of it and uploading that, perhaps) should hopefully work.

I agree that the error message is unclear, I'll try to get a bug filed to make it clearer what the file size requirements are.

Hi Sean, as previously noted the slide I am trying to upload is exactly the same size as all the ones currently on my exploration. I am unable to even upload any of the slides I have previously uploaded an are on my exploration.
