Question regarding the platform for building docs

Hi there,

I am a technical writer with 9 years of experience and while I was surfing through the list of organizations on the GSoD pages, Oppia got me really interested and I have some ideas to share about improving the user documentation experience for Oppia. Before I get started with my project proposal, can I please know which platform does the current Oppia documentation use to build docs?
