I'm not sure exactly what the trouble is, but you should make sure that you are generating the network as described here:

Have you been able to reproduce the figure from my last post on that thread? Make sure you have the latest version of neuroConstruct and the CElegans project installed.

I did not attempt to plot as i merely wanted to view the connections from 8 motor neurons to MDL08 cell. I am using neuroconstruct v.1.7.0  , will try with the latest version
