hi everyone,

i am facing a problem with the understanding of a geometry of fuselage,plz help me out that how can i design the fuselage

You need to be more specific about the problem you're having. There's very good tutorials (Open VSP ground school), if you work through those then it describes all the steps you need (basically use your line drawing as a background to help you create the profiles:  https://vspu.larc.nasa.gov/training-content/chapter-1-vspfundamentals/interface/changing-the-background/). If you're still having a specific problem after having worked through the relevant tutorials then ask back again.

actually the problem is that the design of inlet of the engine in the design,i could not figure it out how would it go.

There are a number of ways to approach this problem and all of them depend on what you are trying to accomplish.  What is the goal of modeling this aircraft?

In that case, the engines aren't going to have much of an effect from an outer-mold-line aerodynamics perspective in VLM mode.  You'll be much better off capturing the lifting bodies like the tail and wing and giving the fuselage and tip tanks your best approximation.  Search the group topics for others that have asked about performing stability analysis with VSPAERO.
