Sorry I just noticed your response.

See attached the excel files related to the rules I want to implement.
What I want to know is if their configurations are correct. Also how do I use the jar files  created by  OpenRule to connect to the database and retrieve the data. Do you have a sample java program you can share with me?

I'm currently using v.10.0.0
