Upgrade to v1.0.0b3 or stay with v1.0.0.b2

Hi OpenREM team,

We're very excited that 1.0.0b3 is out. We have several installations of OpenREM in my organisation (docker, native linux and windows). Would it be recommended to upgrade these to v1.0.0b3 or wait for v1.0?

Thank you for your email.

We are hoping to get 1.0 released in the next few weeks, other commitments and any bug reports permitting!

I will post a message to this group soon with a list of changes since the last beta release, and asking for anyone that is able to do so, where they have the backups and skills or non-production copies of their databases, to test the new beta release.

I am in the process of checking some of the documentation to ensure the upgrade beta-to-beta instructions are sufficient.

If anyone does manage to upgrade and test, when we've updated the instructions, feedback would be very much appreciated!
