Schema problem, No subject provided

I am trying to use the 3.7 snapshot version to upload image files and data to Wikimedia Commons, but I fail to create a working schema. The issues tab says:

Your schema is incomplete:

• Entity #1 No subject provided

 What does this mean, what do I need to add?

Problem solved (dragged file name column to entity field).

To make it more noticeable, the entity box at the top of your screenshot should probably be bordered with green.
