Have platform numbers disappeared?

Up until a few days ago, I was able to get platform numbers from OpenLDBWS

Something like:
$response = $OpenLDBWS->GetDepBoardWithDetails(20, "ABW", "LBG", "to");
$platform = $response->GetStationBoardResult->trainServices->service->platform;

But as of today, no platforms appear in my data.

Is this a problem in my code - which hasn't changed - or in the feed?

Thanks

Hello

It's entirely possible that the CIS which supplies platform data for these stations is disconnected from Darwin or has platform numbers suppressed.

Have you tried somewhere like Leeds, Glasgow Central or Clapham Junction?

Ah, I see.  Some services from different stations *are* returning platforms. Thanks.
Is this something I need to raise with anyone?

Hello!

No, it's not something consumers really have any influence over - however when I raised the issue here a couple of months ago, it was magically resolved (https://techforum.tfl.gov.uk/t/why-are-london-overground-train-platforms-always-suppressed-at-euston/2336/8).  I'll put that down to coincidence.
