Hi All,

Does anyone know if the recent signal work between Farncombe and Petersfield on the Waterloo/Portsmouth line included publishing level crossing raise/lower status for the crossings on this section of the line?

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark

Yes, it did - but an obsessively detailed amount of data from each crossing!

Thanks Peter, do you know of any documentation that might help me decode the data, or is it going to be a code-breaking exercise?

Hi Mark

Network Rail don’t publish these mappings publicly, but if it’s specifically the barrier indications you’re looking for, then depending on your use case, a simple analysis which bits were set when trains passed over the crossing might suffice.

Thank you for your email.

We are aware of an issue recently that may affect feeds latency that can happen between 18:00 - 18:30.   Our team has been working in collaboration with Network Rail and other third-party suppliers to address and resolve this issue.

Due it's intermittent nature, some users may have experienced brief latency spikes during this period.

Normal service should have been restored at approximately 18:10 yesterday. Should you continue to experience any difficulties, please do let us know.

Kind regards,
CACI - Digital Solutions
