The IMT AvgSA is not accepted by the GSIM [BindiEtAl2011]

I would like to calculate three IMT:  AvgSA between 0.1 and 0.5s, AvgSA 0.4-0.8s, AvgSA 0.7-1.0s.

The Calculator says: "The IMT AvgSA is not accepted by the GSIM [BindiEtAl2011]"

Can you help me?

Is it possible to obtain, for each GMF, a scenario with all imt (pga, pgv and Sa(T)) cross correlated ?
