Dear User,

we are unfortunately not able to reproduce your issue with the OpenQuake Engine 3.7.0 for Windows, running on Windows 10.

Could you please:

Best regards,
Daniele

Dear  Daniele

I am using OpenQuake Engine 3.7.0-1. My operating system is Windows 10, 64 Bit.

Dear Daniele, actually, I did not have this problem (ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found) when I was using OpenQuake 3.5.

Would you please send the .exe format of OpenQuake 3.5 that I can install it again? (or please send me the OpenQuake 3.5 download link)

Your contribution is highly appreciated.

Thank you Daniele

I am waiting for your kind reply.

Regards

Dear Abdollah,

you can find all the OpenQuake Engine installers (also for legacy releases) here https://downloads.openquake.org/pkgs/windows/oq-engine/

Have you also checked your antivirus log (if you have any) to see if some DLLs are maybe locked by it.

Cheers,
Daniele

Hello Dear Daniele
Thank you for your kind replies.
The problem (DLL load failed) was solved by installing the previous version of OpenQuake (version 3.5.2) on windows.
Your contributions are so appreciated.
Best Regards
