OpenPTV Output Units

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to have openptv output simply in terms of pixels and frames, rather than converting to millimeters. I've attempted to configure this during the calibration step, but have not had any success. My setup is a simple one camera 2D-PTV scenario.

Hi Henry 

of course. if you set up all values such that 1 mm is effectively = 1 pixel, the results will be pixel per frame. 

it means the position of the camera, the pixel size and the focal length need to be adjusted so the magnification is 1
