Build and deploy failures

Does anybody understand why the Github build and deploy workflow for openpnp  is failing? It appears all pushes to the test branch since early March have failed the deploy step:

Hi Tony!
Actually I've seen something like that earlier, but no idea how to fix
that. Looking closer the "Build with Marven" step of Deploy fails with
exit code 1:

Run mvn -q -B package -DskipTests
mvn -q -B package -DskipTests

env:
JAVA_HOME_11.0.31_x64: /Users/runner/hostedtoolcache/jdk/11.0.31/x64
JAVA_HOME: /Users/runner/hostedtoolcache/jdk/11.0.31/x64
JAVA_HOME_11_0_31_X64: /Users/runner/hostedtoolcache/jdk/11.0.31/x64
The JAVA_HOME environment variable is not defined correctly,
this environment variable is needed to run this program.
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

I'd suggest that you ask Jason to have a look. He was the one who fixed
the issue when I last observed it.
Btw: there is a warning that Nodes.js 20 is deprecated and will be
removed on September 16th, 2026. I'd suggest to ask Jason to have a look
there as well to avoid running into new trouble.
