Hi,
I'm looking for 2 PCBs, empty or populated, of the bilsef/SchutzController with the 96-pin connectors.
As I'm going for Siemens S-Feeders I got hold of 2 Siemens Communication units for little money, which I would like to get going.
Thx for helping out

Hi Karl,
I made a Bilsef-compatible PCB with additional USB-serial to Siplace port and I`m sure i have some spare ones.
Where are you from? I`m from Germany.

Mike, sorry for the delay. It`s just an USB-serial converter with send/receive level converter for S-Feeder.
I used that for sniffing and playing around with feeder protocols via serial port.

Hi Mike, a bunch of Siemens S-Feeder.

2x8mm (00141096-03)
3x8mm (00141098-07)
12/16mm (00141092-05)
24/32mm (00141093-04)
44mm (00141094-05)
72mm (????)
88mm (00141070-02)

The 2x8mm are well documentated (serialnumber, counts, etc) while the others seem to be more "stupid".
I limited the communication to info, prepick, advance, status and self test.
I set the pitch manually for every feeder.

But I guess you have quite more experience with that stuff... :)

Hello, to everybody, and especially those who sent eMail with help, advice(s) and offers.

In the meantime I received 10 partially populated units from a friend, whom I hadn’t heard from for half a century, and who had 10 pcs. w/ SMD parts ordered at JLCPCB.
No idea how he got the connection (... must have been my name, khtroubleu).
He recently gave up on his project (for various reasons), thus doesn’t need his boards any longer.

From my point of view ... issue closed.
I'll post some more stuff once I get the stuff up'n and running.

Special thx to Ron, who offered to send bare PCBs. No longer needed, thx anyway.

While we are at it, is there anybody close to Gummersbach, Germany, being active in the openPnP world?

现在OPENPNP还是什热门,我以为我了解的时候已经晚了,大部分人都放弃了,还有世界各地还有这么多人 愿意帮助那些不懂的人,感谢你们的付出
谢谢
