Slow movement(rotation) right after nozzle calibration

I'm having a hard time finding out what is causing the movement speed to be glacial after the first nozzle has run the calibration.... Does anyone recognice this behavior and have a fix?

You didn't post your machine.xml file, but I suspect you may need to change the "Switch Linear <--> Rotational?" checkbox setting you have on your rotational ReferenceControllerAxis.
