Hi.I just noticed, that in NeoDen 10, Yamaha electric feeders is used without pressure sensor. In the photo, the feeder control board. These appear to be fully electric feeders. Does anyone know what protocol is used to control these feeders? Thanks in advance.

The first feeders (~2018) did not yet have a pressure sensor and were only controlled by a feed pulse. The current versions can be switched between pneumatic triggers and electrical triggers on the control panel, with the electrical trigger naturally triggering faster. However, I have never been able to reach the full feed speed of more than ten components per second on my homemade machines.
What definitely sets these feeders apart is that they are very easy to use and now inexpensive to purchase. You don't need complicated busbar/controller systems, just a simple aluminum plate compatible with the proven Yamaha CL feeder dimensions.
You should just make sure you buy the right feeders, as there are now several different “Yamaha Electric Feeders” available, and in my opinion, the ones with the black handle are the most reliable.
