Hi everyone!
As an update, we’ve now added the following items to our website for download!
- US History test items
- Chemistry test items
- Principles of economics test items (note: we also have a test bank, so two total!)
Thank you to Lumen Learning for providing these resources from funding they received from the Hewlett Foundation.
For your faculty to gain access to these resources, please ask them to apply for faculty verification here: https://www.openstaxcollege.org/users/sign_up
We manually verify each member, so the process can take up to 3 business days. They will receive an email once the process is complete.
We do prefer this is done by the faculty members themselves.
After that, here are the steps to download the free test banks and other resources:
1. Sign-in to https://www.openstaxcollege.org/
2. Click “Our books,” the yellow button on the top right
3. Click the book they want to see the resources for
4. Click “More resources,” the orange button under the image of the book.

Hi Nicole,
- https://openstax.org , not what you have given.
- There is no yellow button on the top right, however trough subject and business, I could find my book.
- Click “More resources,” above the image of the book
- student resource tell us how to highlight
- Instructor resource is not available for me
