Can't start OpenMEE UnicodeEncodeError

Hi, just can't start it, seems something is wrong with unicode. Can't solve it. Win 8.1

Here's the Log:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "launch.py", line 109, in <module>
  File "launch.py", line 64, in start
  File "python_to_R.pyc", line 3417, in setup_directories
  File "ome_globals.pyc", line 437, in make_base_path
  File "ome_globals.pyc", line 454, in get_base_path
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xed' in position 12: ordinal not in range(128)

Any help will be appreciated!

Actually I can't. The official web page mention OpenMEE is open source. Any link to source? Wold be great to solve by editing it.
