Website Review and preliminary UAT

Hello Product Committee,

 

As promised, we’d like to invite you to support us in reviewing the OpenLMIS website content for the new site AND participate in the preliminary UAT for 3.0.

 

Website Refresh Sign up

I believe Chris George offered to review content. Is there anyone else willing to participate in review the content? Please email me so I can send you the instructions and content. We are looking for feedback by Feb 17^th latest.

 

UAT Sign up

Please sign up by emailing me back and indicating which test scenario(s) you are willing to test. We will need to sequence the testing since there is a limited amount of demo data and some of the scenarios need a requisition ready for approval/rejection. Once I have the list of testers for each scenario (there can be more than one for some), I will reach out with the specific instructions/date/login for testing this week. If more than one person signs up for a scenario, I will give different logins to each person. 

 

I appreciate your patience.  Right now we are fixing some last minute bugs so if you try logging in now, we are still rebuilding the UAT environment frequently. Please wait till I give you the go ahead before starting to test the scenario(s) you sign up for.

 

Test Scenarios

1.     Accessing the system and logging in (done as a part of all the scenarios as well)

2.     Creating and submitting a regular type requisition for Family Planning

a.     Adding comments

b.     Check validations

c.      Add non-full supply product

3.     Creating and submitting an emergency type requisition for Essential Meds

a.     Adding comments

b.     Check validations

4.     Authorizing a requisition

5.     Approving a requisition

6.     Printing a requisition

7.     Rejecting a requisition

8.     Converting a requisition to an order, done by the Warehouse Manager

9.     View a list of requisitions
