Fisheye code review moved to http://review.openlmis.org:7788/

Hi everyone,

The fisheye code review tool use to run on the same server as Jenkins.

They have been fighting for RAM, so we moved Fisheye to its own server.

The new address is  http://review.openlmis.org:7788/.

Please use this for future code reviews.

Hi Pengfei,
I have noticed one thing after the FishEye was moved to its own server. There is an error in JIRA when you choose "Reviews" tab in ticket:

This list of reviews may be incomplete, as errors occurred retrieving data from the following repositories:

• Request to http://fecru.openlmis.org:443/ failed: Error in remote call to 'fecru' (http://fecru.openlmis.org:443) [AbstractRestCommand{path='rest-service/search-v1/reviews', params={maxReturn=50, term=OLMIS-601}, methodType=GET}] : java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

I think that something should be changed in JIRA settings.

OK, I know what the issue is — connection has to be over port 443, and we are using 7788.

We just need to get the cert installed and switch the port, and all will be well.

In the meantime, continue to do the reviews — everything will be re-synched when we make the change above.
